Creating wealth since 1991... The three cornerstones of Peter Spann's investment approach. 1. Build assetsThe wealthy know that holding quality assets is the key to wealth. Peter Spann's strategy allows for the building of a strong and comprehensive portfolio of quality property and shares through direct investment, portfolio investment and managed funds. Held for the long term, these assets can build net worth and provide for a stable future for you as an investor. They may later be used to generate an income. This is the primary activity of wealth creation - to build a quality portfolio of assets for the long term - our investment window is primarily 10 to 15 years. 2. Generate incomeAt some stage you may want to stop working or supplement your income from your investments. Peter Spann's strategy uses income, which is generated through share investment and other higher yield strategies (such as Commercial Property Trusts). If you have sufficient capital this may even be enough to permanently replace your personal exertion income (job or business work). In some cases where clients have a higher risk profile and the appropriate level of experience he may also suggest Options Trading, Warrants or other riskier but potentially higher return strategies to supplement yield. 3. ProtectAll investment strategies carry risk. Generally, the higher the return,
the higher the risk, so all investment strategies need risk management.
Peter Spann's strategy caters for various levels of risk, leverage and
the risk management strategies you need to protect your investments.
You are also advised on risk levels, exposure and risk management,
appropriate to your experience and risk profile. Most of his strategies
are conservative and low risk given our investment window - higher risk
strategies rarely find a place in our investment approach and are only
considered for very experienced investors. Your plan should also
include appropriate insurances and other methodologies of providing for
debt repayment and a legacy.
